I don't think anybody, especially Andy expected the FDA to take this long; he's been going easy on them -at least in public communication. I mean really- what is the FDA doing? They have had more than enough time, or shall I say, they are giving too much time for competitors to ramp up. As soon as BIEL gets approval, Andy should "sue" the FDA for intentionally stalling and preventing not only BIEL from its potential success, but preventing people from having a reliable drug free choice! You all can be patient, but just like the "no buy list" ploy that BIEL was subjected to - (and that was ended when we wrote concerned emails to our brokers), the "squeaky wheel usually gets the grease!".
