Enough of the big D talk. Joe IS the CEO like it or not.. and IMO Jeff will dilute once this gets resolved,thats what penny stocks do.... IMO the courts will be delayed along with a stock exchange and Joe C is the CEO, where does that leave QASP? This LOI merger/exchange is looking like Tigerfish or the MS deal that NEVER came about.. JMHO Again you should thank the new CEO for no dilution as well.. LOL
