Bigdog all we need to know about Joe is if judge says he is valid CEO billions of new shares will hit supply. With Jeff that won't happen. He has shown us that since last Sept when he stopped the dilution. Easy choice exchange shares. No matter who judge says is CEO shareholders have no future in QASP. Company has no money or operations Dean left nothing to have future with.
Dilution to bring in money wipes out current shareholders and brings in new shareholders for Joe's pump and dump plans. Stock goes to .0001 and then anyone think Joe won't do big r/s he wants? End result is shares reduced IMO worse then share exchange and still QASP shareholder lower then even .0001 basis after r/s.
I am exchanging there is no money or way to get money to give current shareholders any chance in QASP.
Don't blame Jeff for that. Since he took over and stopped Dean dilution for first time in years we went 7 months and stock did not drop big. We are above were this was on Sept 20 right before Jeff took over at .0012. If not for that we already be diluted to .0001 and have billions more o/s.
Like him or not thank Jeff for blocking more dilution that Joe wants. He actually wants us to support more dilution then Dean did. No way.
