Operating profit already achieved, as DH was so astute to point out.
Better sift through that report a couple more times. Its more of a non-operating profit than an operating profit. In fact, it could easily be a hint of a winding up operations profit. Notice, no money was spent on the things that sustain business, like advertising, R & D, inventory, entrance fees, salaries, etc.
