Rosen asked for PJS's numbers at the DS hearing. Of course he wants those numbers. Anybody on the opposing side would. It's always best to know what your adversaries are going to present, so you can modify or defend your numbers accordingly. I don't think you can infer anything more than that.

Additionally, if the EC intends to submit Soloman's numbers during the confirmation hearing--which is a safe bet--they legally have to show them to the debtors.

Brian rodent has alot to gain by asking now instead of finding out from the witness stand.
He's asked several times already.
If Solomon's numbers are what we think they are rodent will be able to call his cronies and say hey guys, better settle or were all going to jail, one possible scenario.
Rodent could tell EC to GFY because they aren't what we expected, another scenario.
Or he could Have a chance to forward Solomon's to Blackstone of the other accounting firm for discrediting purposes. .

Right now rodent doesn't know whether to shit or go blind without it.
