I have done a lot of DD on this as well as others. What I will say, there are things going on behind the scenes you would not be happy to hear. They may even prevent a merger from going forward...IMO. Some of these things have been confirmed through teamwork and serious DD. Others I do not communicate with may also have this info, but will not share. At this time every thing is quiet. As some preferred.
