Do some DD on how other mergers have played out by other companies and evaluate your opinion based on how other mergers are finalized rather than just assuming.
It's obvious that anyone crying foul doesn't know how a merger is carried out.
This is no different than any other merger and if you ask me based on other mergers, is running it's course. In my opinion it must be taking shape, otherwise, we would have known by now. Only a fool would put an exact date that is why he didn't and stated "Projected" time frame.
With a merger no news is good new for the up and comming news.
