That is very true, gofor, and Ed is painfully aware of this.
That is precisely why he is not taking more shares from Mammoth, rather accepting private placements that are restricted for many months, in the expectation that when finally they will be ready to put out a lot of news, the share price will jump.
This doesn't avoid dilution totally, but at least it minimizes it somewhat.
