Cos I agree unless he issues false PR's like Dean to sell more shares. You are right company can issue more shares. The thing is what do they do to promote selling them? Dean with his PR's fraud.

Cos I don't agree. The court has yet to decide who is CEO and in charge. So he is doing things wrong until give the authority by that court case to do what he is. There has been no valid shareholder vote in Jan so until court say Joe and Josh are in charge for now what BOD approved in Sep 10 stands. Jeff CEO and Jeff 50% of BOD. To change that now would take shareholder vote to change BOD. Joe can think an was valid shareholder I don't. Yet it up to court and judge not me or anyone else now.
