Cos I don't agree. The court has yet to decide who is CEO and in charge. So he is doing things wrong until give the authority by that court case to do what he is. There has been no valid shareholder vote in Jan so until court say Joe and Josh are in charge for now what BOD approved in Sep 10 stands. Jeff CEO and Jeff 50% of BOD. To change that now would take shareholder vote to change BOD. Joe can think an was valid shareholder I don't. Yet it up to court and judge not me or anyone else now.
