Relative to the proxy vote, what are the sentiments among the board members?
I am inclined to vote constructively with management, but I have an underlying urge to vote against management as a protest to the lack of traction and -- more probably -- because we have only heard continued rosy promises and visions and nothing substantive relative to the future.
I am a strong believer in Wave and believe their products and position among the computer giants makes this "penny stock" (allowing for inflation) a significant growth potential candidate.
But sometimes the race between revenues and bankruptcy overtakes me. I no longer look at the drops in share price as a buying opportunity and wonder if I should become more defensive as I approach my "golden years".
PS - When I started investing in Wave in 1996, my "golden years" seemed so far away!
