weets I've been registered for a long time, but when I just voted it gave me the option to re-enter or change my e-mail and the option to register another proxy. I would assume that when you get you paper proxy enter the control number and submit it. You might get asked for a pin, forgot your pin or would you like to register now pop up. That's best I can do.
