Looks like they atleast are keeping the update promise.

"Unfortunately, we have again seen delays with the audit firms release of the financial statements. We do not want to release the financials until the audit is complete."

Numbers must be good? Some companies release preliminary numbers so this comment leads me to believe the numbers must be good as they want to make sure they publish the correct numbers. IMO

Quarter Four Financials – Unfortunately, we have again seen delays with the audit firms release of the financial statements. We do not want to release the financials until the audit is complete. As has been our practice, we will continue to post our quarterly financial statements and our annual audited financials on the OTC Market Group website.
