You have the strength of your convictions. I differ from your views in that I believe an imminent crash is unlikely. The end goal of a SUCCESSFUL parasite(a credit card)is NOT to kill it's host(the public) but to feed off of it. I see this Bear lingering for a good decade and longer, culminating in a deflationary environment.
I recently read that reverse mortages are starting to grow in numbers. No surprise there for those concerned with the Bubble.
