According to the 10K there's an agreement with the State to get it done so it's in the process. Since it was reported the agreement took place in December I'm guessing it is close.

Heres a quote from the proxy PR this morning "Presently, the Company is poised to follow its business plan by the receipt from the State of Florida Bureau of Archaeological Research (“BAR”) of its exploration and recovery permit for its Juno Beach wreck site." what do you guys get from the way this is worded????
