An update for any who cares (I'm sure basserdan doesn't). Shorty last week put the odds of a permit this week at like 70%. I don't believe that's going to happen. I'll go out on a pure predicting limb here (take note basserdan) and say I'd expect the permit the week of July 12th. Is it possible this week or next? Sure but I believe they are taking care to dot each i and cross each t here because they are ready to jump on this thing operationally where they weren't quite there last year. I'd like it this week as would most but if I'm in KK's shoes I'd probably be taking the extra time to get it accurate too. Just my opinion basserdan but the opinion comes from making calls not from visions I get in dreams :)
