From what the Chief understands is if the preferred are NOT real then Dean couldnt name Jeff CEO and if they are real we also know what that means.. So Jeff and the courts have a tough decision due to that both ending may not be the best for QASP but IF we can keep the MOMO going it would be nice to get into the 30s.
