Depends what happens in court about the prefferred shares. Even though Centaflix may become majority shareholders(if majority shareholders do the exchange) they may not control QASP depending on courts verdicts on prefferreds and conversion ratio(Prefferred to Common). Technically Creditors own QASP as it stands now.

Only possible positive thing that i can see that can benefit common shareholder is if judge returns the company to shareholders and elminates any existing debts or minimize the burden. Also if QASP can get some money back from Newby, Clayton etc.
