I say convert or sell but think about it for a minute in a different way...we as cantaflix will not only have the shares but the voting power as well. Now if we put qasp on hold for a minute or longer till the feds get off their butts in gear and then negotiate the debts at pennies on the dollar and reverse the preferred A's all the while holding qasp shares. Then we can spin off some little part of a future business and Joes client or joe whoever may be short will have to cover. If I were short this stock i would cover before the merger...I would not want somebody i have harassed for months owning my short shares...thats for sure.
So what about the court case that is ongoing now? Does that outcome have anything to do with the merger? Seems as though the merger is going on no matter what.
I'm thinking of selling since I managed to average down to .004 and write off the loss. But I'll wait to see the financials and hopefully then we will have an outcome on the courtcase.
