SDmike think of it like this. If Centa becomes major shareholder sure they will continue to block any further QASP dilution unless court rules side in charge is Josh and Joe to do more dilution they want.
If Centa has control and wins the dilution issue IMO QASP is done with for good.
Then what happens to QASP? Well they have no operations or money so not much. Will shares price go down after we exchange and leave? Maybe and maybe not. With no dilution might sit here for a long time. Maybe years while Owens goes after Dean etc.
There really is no future for QASP without the dilution. Yet to give QASP that future will wipe out any value current shareholders have left when its down to .0001. It have to drop that much to sell billions more shares. We have seen what prior management did last time with money from shares sold nothing.
QASP is going to be a dead stock and co. All that will be left is lawsuits and can Owens recover any monies from Dean. I say good luck waiting on that. Take a long time in court if Dean fights it. Then even if suit is won still have to collect it. That can take a long time as well if any money left or not offshore.
