• Timing uncertain: FDA action on Copaxone ANDA. (See #msg-60836359 for handicapping of the timing.).

• 11-Jul-2011: Copaxone mini-trial on inequitable conduct argument.

• 7-Sep-2011: Copaxone patent trial on all arguments other than inequitable conduct.


Other programs

• Timing uncertain: Announcements regarding MNTA’s FoB programs.

• Late 2011?: IND filing for M402, MNTA’s proprietary heparin-based cancer drug, followed by the start of a phase-1 trial.
