Why can Sharebuilder not provide the physical certificates for their clients shares, it is my assumption that once the trades settle, they would received the certificates from the entity they were purchased from or the T/A....what happened?
On another note, why would they want the account holder to transfer the shares into another Brokerage Account?? And pay the fee?? Seems awfully suspicious Janice..
