They really want all of this proxy, or some of this proxy to pass. IMO, the best chance of these amendments passing is while on the pinks. For that reason I don't see management uplisting without first getting their amendments passed. If they get their amendments passed, I still am not so sure what would happen.
What is clear is that it would have been far better to push for audited financials long ago, as you and billpr, and a few others did. (As you recall I was on the believe in management side of that argument). It is easier to accept something that has been in the works for a while, and much less confrontational to management if the audit was pushed through by shareholders long ago. Now is not as good because there is more at stake here. In any case, the way things are now set up is very positive for shareholders and should be kept that way.
