I'd rather you do your own DD, I have done a lot, I can give you all the links I have, past posts, others have called the company but no real clear information, I'm more than comfortable with how forthcoming JBI have been with their information, check out the two websites if you want a real comparison, not much info on the Agilyx, found most of my information in small newspaper articles from Oregon.

Did you know -- that the accumulated deficit is actually considered an asset in the eyes of fund managers, analysts, and brokers?

So much so, that many companies upon turning profitable move a portion of the accumulated deficit figure to the asset column called "Deferred Tax Assets" because it's a right to save many millions of dollars in taxes that become very real cash bottom line profits.

Likewise, that makes a company a more attractive buyout candidate and/or raises the buyout price.
