Don't think it would sink the concept.. First things first..
1. Audit
2. R/S

Doesn't have to be 1:100.. After the Audit is complete then the PPS might look a lot different and so might the necessary R/S..I hope the Proxy does go down.. It would simplify everything and we could proceed in a logical way.. My main objective, going back months, is to GET OFF THE PINKS.. I still feel OTCBB is a hell of a lot easier and quicker, but the Audit is first and foremost...

Nasdaq is a year away. They could R/S at the end of the year and we'd still be fine.
