You know you have become a walking, talking, posting reason to vote this entire Proxy down..

Since you think its going to be nothing but blue skies ahead and Management has stated its plans to uplist in 2012, why the hell do we have to vote on anything at this time????

If we're going up, up and away for the next three quarters wouldn't it be more prudent to wait to see what a realistic Reverse Split is necessary at that time???

I see the boyz still ain't happy even though they chose to ignore the uplisting intent. On to the next negative, guys....oh yeah all rs are no good even if it is to uplist & ignore the company suggesting sp can affect foreign sales.....reputable firm 2x earnings.....sell boys sell...thouygh your reasons are disappearing...
