Not really, the best deal can still come true. Think about what the stock will do if the RS is voted down. It's gonna pop! That will get us closer to a NASDAQ price. We just need time. Management is going about this all wrong. They just need to wait. Get their financials in order, and THEN, and only THEN, see if you even need to do an RS!
