Extended warranty certainly does not equal bad product. This is more about understanding one of Telvue's target markets and what they are willing to accept. Again, the PEG market is frugal and can be unforgiving.
By the way, I was at the NAB expo. I am every year as I invest in a few of the companies that display at NAB regularly. I did see the Telvue display. Quite frankly, I was embarrassed for them. Their display was subpar to say the least. This expo requires a significant investment in money, time, and effort. They did not represent themselves (or us stockholders) as well as they should have.
