My guess is that this has been off of JPM's radar as well.
The Wamu board (who were supposed to have a fiduciary duty to us as a class) didn't know what to do with the LTWs, Brian Rosen didn't pay attention to them, and my guess is that JPM hasn't given the LTWs a second thought.
Besides, $300 M to a giant like JPM would most likely not even "move the needle" so to speak. Not that they'd just let us have the money to be rid of us, but I don't think that money like this even matters to them in the grand scheme of things.
