Does anyone know if JPMorgan has any unresolved litigation regarding it's acquisition of WAMU other than than their basis in the transfer of the rights to the proceeds of the LTW litigation?

This question only concerns litigation that might result in a loss to JP Morgan, not any other WAMU litigation that would not affect JP Morgan's bottom line, ( as for example if Judge Mary rules that JP Morgan only has a right to the 15% of the LTW litigation proceeds that belongs to WAMU, not the remaining 85% that hopefully will belong to the LTW holders.
