thank you. I agree. and i really think management is not overly concerned about shareholder value or attempting any real IR effort to help get new investors in the stock
They wouldn't put out a pr to state the release from nxoi was incorrect would they? I would assume that would be nxoi's responsibility since vlco hasen't released anything. Also, if it is real they have four days to file the 8k from what...I would assume from when the deal is finalized. Either way it is nxoi's fault for jumping the gun on the pr not vlco. If u really want clarification send vince an email I did twice with questions and he responded both times. This is just my opinion as I am trying to figure it out myself please only take it as such.
