Rancho.....I would say, YES, it most certainly is possible for ERHC to become a piece of a subsidiary for one or more other oil co's. I've mentioned on the board that PXD's subsidiary has reported that it WILL eventually have a minority partner. No name of who said partner might be.....but because ERHC brought PXD to the region, I feel comfortable "speculating" that it could be our minnow. Kind of like a JV deal???? Maybe similar deals?????

Rancho....I appreciate your investigative ability as well as your writing ability. You come up with some clear thoughts and are able to express them well.

P.S. Remember, PXD reported they were drilling back in February in an unnamed block with an unnamed partner with no govermental approval. Secretivness is intriguing and difficult to understand for me.

Some sort of buyout slash subsidiary deal for ERHE? An intriguing idea and you know I have the greatest respect for BB, but...

1) Would Offor want to play second-fiddle?

2) Even if he did... Granted, he has already seen an awesome return on his money, but we know that he IS in the oil business, so why would he want to sell out JUST as he is about to get in a position that allows BOTH his new endeavors in the GOG to go forward via ERHE in a MAJOR way and his current Chrome Oil business to profit handsomely from putting out the infrastucture and services for it. I believe THAT is a win-win situation.

3) More importantly, as I have posted before, why would he want to sell at, say $5-10 when in just a few years the stock will be worth 10 to 20 times as much? Why do people think that Bill Gates still controls Microsoft? Hmmmm.

4) PXD does have cash but to my knowledge, nothing that would begin to get close to what ERHE is worth right now... In fact, the day when ERHE might buy THEM may not be so far off.

5) There would be no accurate way to factor in the sale the EEZ rounds, which won't kick in until the END of this year(and with luck, look at their record...) Some say our two bonus free 100% rights blocks in there may be worth as much as everything we have in the JDZ... But without additional 3D we can't be sure, so how could this possibly be factored in? It can't, and it's very hard for me to believe that Offor would want to gamble on that. Like all very rich people, he's very good at playing OPM, not his own.

Thanks for bringing this up Rancho, let's see how things unravel.
