I have no clue about the dividend ratios that were used nor who calculated them using what numbers.

If you don't, then you haven't been paying attention. It was proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that Glenn calculated the divvy ratios and reported them to the Nasdaq.

FACT: The company submitted a ratio payout (.0256) to Nasdaq who in turn published it on their OTCBB website: http://otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=cmkx

FACT: Using the distribution and payout ratio, the calculated o/s is 1.56 trillion.
40 billion CIM X 1 CMKX / .0256 CIM = 1.56 trillion CMKX shares

FACT: The company released a PR in Mar 2005 stating the o/s was 703.5 billion, which is half of the calculated o/s using the CIM payout ratio and divy total
