Your thoughts certainly have substance and logic behind them. I too will tread lightly around equities that have S. Korean backing. I don't have the resources or time to verify the Korean law issue as the deal breaker. I also agree with you that if Histotem responds quickly with product to market, and it is received well, then current shareholders may recoup their investment plus a nice return.
