Ernie, you seem to know very little about UYMG. Why did I have to bring the basics of the deal onto this board just now when they were public over 4 months ago.
Ernie, the attorney refers to the Disclosure statement in which UYMG never said that transaction was finalized. Therefore, the attorney made a mistake, and besides, its an opinion letter, its not fact nor audited.
