April 5th date as the first time UYMG calls MCC its subsidiary publicly

You made this statement but yet in the Attorney letter he stated MCC was "a newly aquired subsidery" so the statement you made is in fact untrue since that letter was given to pinksheets on Nov 24, 2010 ------- which would mean the 60 day clock should have actually started at that time if not earlier.

You can split hairs all you want, but the deal was done back when they said it was done or they and their attorney have in fact committed securities fraud by stating it had happened.

JMO - everyone has one - wish the board had an attorney who could shed some light on this subject.
