This entire thread, while of interest intellectually, is moot from an investment standpoint, IMO. Sequential dosing of the components of an all-oral HCV cocktail is done in phase-2 to assess safety, not to enhance efficacy. In phase-3 and in actual clinical practice, these drugs will almost certainly be dosed in unison.
