We need the facts and we will get them. I have not implied the company has done anything wrong. It is called establishing due diligence. I prefer to rely on facts, not hearsay from a third party. :-)
share structure can not be verified by some i.r.. that is the worst possible type of d.d.. o/s a/s can only be verified through the transfer agent. what does the transfer agent say?
