I think the drugs are intended to work differently. The 6.6 is time to FIRST bowel movement. I think the usage would be chronic and thus get more regular while on the opioids. For what its worth there is some diarrhea in the Phase 2 25mg dose but I believe it was in the teens. I think Relistor is for rapid onset.
