This is as good as it gets.You have nailed it my friend on behalf of all shareholders.Things will change when there are representatives of the shareholders on the board who will question loans to employees before they are made, who will insist on compliance with Sarbane Oxley regulations to relieve the personal liability of the management and the directors and finally who will insist on having a management plan by objectives which management will be held accountable for executing or replaced for failure to do so.
