The only data point we have is from the UCAD (now USCA) dividend of 8/20/04. There were 29,677 shares of UCAD issued as "rounding" shares in September.

That means the minimum number of CMKX shareholders on the record date was 29,677. Are there more or fewer now? Frizzell knows but now he has also been gagged.

In September 2004, the Company issued 29,677 shares of its common stock as rounding shares in relation to a prior stock transaction.

I've got to think that if there were about 30,000 when USCA did the round up, that at least half of them bailed when the cease trade in Sask, the USCA suspension and formal investigtion, the CMKX suspension, the CMKX formal investigation and/or the admisitrativer proceeding and hearing were announced.

I can't believe more than 50% of then holders could be so blind to mulitple bright red flags and the overwhelming possibility of revocation or long term suspension.
