Not knocking the news but after all this time they figured out that Korean Law prohibted them from merging? I think it is more likely now AMSTEM does not have a produce a 10K filing of the merged companies and Han wanted to run the show. It's pretty clear it is a confidence issue in the current management.

I read the press release to mean that Histostem would retain the rights to sell in Asia/Pasific since it was not mentioned.
