thanks bud! if stocks made sense to everyone then we'd all be rich. Imagine you weren't one of the people buying NFLX at $7 years back she's at $250 now. Sometimes a financial document isn't the end all be all. The money is made when the doubters are still on the sidelines. When they start buying its time to sell.

Maybe you should re-read my last post(http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61753067) ... PR was posted the same day, Jan 27th, 2011... not 3 days later.

If your gonna refute my FACTS then try and post facts: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2011/01/prweb5012604.htm

Also, your basing your valuations on filings for 2009 and one month in 2010... thats more then a year ago. Do you not see their products listed all over high-end retailers websites and stores? Here is one of the many i could list here: http://www.barneys.com/Treatment/TREAT02,default,sc.html?

Our products are currently sold in premium retail channels worldwide including partnerships with such retailers as Barneys New York, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Bliss, Harrods (London), Printemps (France), La Rinascente (Italy) and Lane Crawford (Hong Kong). We opened a brand-owned and managed flagship retail store in Toronto in July, 2009 and opened another flagship store in Vancouver in January, 2010.

Now you say they would need 5000% growth on the $546k rev reported for the 3 month period ended Jan 2010?? Just doing simple math $546 x 4 Quarters = 2,184 MIL in revs x 5000% = $109 mil in revs... I would say 20-30 Mil would justify the buyout price... Factor in future growth, the value of its brands and products, its flagship stores...ect.

Considering they had an 88.2% increase in revenues over the previous reporting period, i would say it would not be impossible for Euoko to have achieved some exponential growth...

So you speak of Pure Logic that the deal never amounted to $72 million...

Well if you traded stocks long enough, you would know that Pure Logic will lead you to losing trades...

This especially is true for micro-cap stocks...

Logic would have told you to stay away from DRMX... well i guess your logic would... That logic would be responsible for missing a 3000%+ move today, and does not include the move tomorrow...

Maybe you should try things like intuition ...
