Rato, I think its fine when you talk about a specific company's problems or red-flags. Making these sector-wide generalizations is unfair though, as is a 95% statement with a "THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS" disclaimer. 95% is a darn high number. Personally I don't believe for one second it is that high.
Please stick to talking about SPECIFIC companies going forward (You can be negative on however many of them you like, hehe) and not these generalizations.
Perhaps the moral of the story is that the legitimate companies accessed private capital in China and the trash was offloaded to retail US investors. That would explain the high rate of fraud while still acknowledging many Chinese companies are legitimate (just not publicly traded on US markets). -Andrew
