But just wait and be patient. You will see.

The fraud rate is at least 95% IMO. And the 5% that aren't frauds don't want to be here and have no reason to be here. Good luck trying to get them to play by the rules. They view this venture as a way to get money without giving up ownership. Low P/E's are fine under those conditions. That's why they do it. They know they aren't giving anything up--without their cooperation your claim is worth nothing. In that sense, they retain ownership of the full company, and they know it.

There are two or three RTO's that may be worth the effort. Not many more IMO.

You should view all of these companies as aborted reverse mergers until given reason to believe otherwise. Ultimately, there is no legal claim to anything in these stocks. You own a shell, a corpse of a prior company. That shell is worth whatever a day trader or a short seller seeking to cover or a clueless long or a reverse merger maker is willing to pay you for it.
