As I said months ago, THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS. Their purpose is to collect and misappropriate funds from US investors. Easy pickin's.

If you are long this space, you are clinically insane.

NEWN, yep. To be honest in the last few days I almost started to believe that they are fully legit. They didn't do too many raises in the last few years, they announced these possible insider purchases, they posted these SAIC filings on their own (which doesn't say a lot on it's own since these can easily forged as we know by now). For a second they fooled me. :-)
