Its not a con.. Ferris isn't a crook, but someone gave him some really bad advise and he bought the story. As much as I feel this is a disaster for the current shareholders, especially the ones who have been here for a while, I don't think he is out to screw anyone.. He has been overrated as a Manager, getting rid of the IRS liablity, which he created, doesn't earn him any points. Paying off Dutchess didn't take a genius to accomplish (they got a hell of a lot of shares).

A great CEO, Coach or Mgr should be judged by the people he has around him. Delegate the X's and O's to subordinates. Lets see what we know.. There's Andrus and Jed, those are the only newbies we know about..Everyone thrilled with their performance??

Ruff, how does Ferris, concurrently, attempt to screw the shareholders and get his friends (who own shares) to vote yes? You don't even have to answer that.

It seems both sides of this debate have drunken the wacky koolaid of paranoia or have a hidden agenda.
The posts here are becoming so diluted with meaningless and redundant information, it will eventually drive potential investors away. Unless that's the point of posting such farfetched speculation in the first place.
