You are probably right though in that the SEC will only hear what it want's to hear. I think UC and CO are guilty and would like nothing better than to see this stock revoked from trading. This in my opinion would let them off the hook in some part for the short term. Then the next thing would be to look for a fire and all the records get burned up.
Did I hear that CMKX moved it's offices to a new location? If so, I wonder what the type of building they moved too and how fire proof it is. It probably has no sprinkler system and is made of wood construction. LOL
