Retflyr- if that is the case, then I would think CMKX would not want to miss this meeting: "See, it is not our fault". I have a feeling the records will show something else. The SEC will not make an offer to settle out of court. CMKX would have to do it.

If there's no hearing, it'll be for one reason only: CMKX knuckles under and accepts revocation.

For the moment, at least, I don't think they plan to do that.
