There are the filing that show incorporation in 2 states. That is more than your assumption nothing took place. Since Claude was still president and part of the company I think there is something binding since Gene if needed to go to court would have that with Claude's signature on it to back a claim that they had an agreement that. So what you think also is only an opinion of what you see. You may be right. Claude could have simply gone into an agreement to be partners with Gene under RCC Holdings. We don't know. But you are making an assumption that IWS can go with Claude. Funny huh, how we are always forced to make assumptions. That is what sucks the most about RCCH.
Based on the EPA's case study I would say there is value to IWS if they get someone to market it with skill.

I called the T/A yesterday. Outstanding shares stand at 91,700,000. The last payment for the IWS acquisition was completed with addition restricted shares.
